Refund policy
 We currently DO NOT offer refunds on any items. We will gladly accept an item for store credit IF APPLICABLE/ACCEPTABLE. Store credit can be used to repurchase anything on the site including exchange. Our store credit does not expire.

Please contact SUPPORT@JENEEVALABEL.COM about returning your items FOR EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT within 7 days from the date the order was received.  Once the request is received , you will be given a return address to ship your item to. DO NOT SHIP THE ITEM TO ANY ADDRESS OTHER THAN THE ONE PROVIDED TO YOU! The customer is solely responsible for their own return shipment postage. We ship from Canada!

Conditions
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. THE ITEM/ITEMS WILL BE REJECTED AND SHIPPED BACK TO YOU, SHOULD ANY OF THEÂ NOTEDÂ NOT MET.

Damages and issuesÂ
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Should you have an issue with your item please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your package.
